I know Donald Trump is a pathological liar, malignant narcissistic sociopath, racist, antisemite, misogynist, xenophobe, homophobe, transphobe, hater of our troops and believer in euthanizing folks with disabilities, but we too often forget that he's *also* an adjudicated rapist and convicted felon.

Carl Sagan Cat looks forward to his favorite autumn treat, small ornamental pepper plants. They are not spicy and it's possible he just enjoys crunching on them. He gets so excited when they enter the house. 😄

An extremely handsome orange cat is chomping on some small pepper plants. The peppers are red and yellow and look very festive.

He's kind of an older guy so he doesn't get up on the fridge as often as he used to, but Carl Sagan Cat made the leap and had some fun with magnets.

An incredibly handsome orange cat is lying on top of a refrigerator. He is playing with three magnets. One magnet reads, "My cat is cooler than your cat." The second one says, "Love me, love my cat." And today they arrested the Des Moines superintendent of schools, Dr. Ian Roberts. It's unbelievable. I called Ernst and Grassley but fat lot of good that will do.

4PM Today (Friday, Sept 26): Protest at the Neil Smith Federal Building in downtown Des Moines in support of Dr Ian Roberts.

Dr Roberts was detained by ICE in Des Moines and, apparently, driven to an ICE facility in Council Bluffs.

It's a major award! And, yes, the box contained a Christmas leg lamp before it contained Carl Sagan Cat. 😀

Welp. I admit this was hard to do. I'm a huge Marvel and Star Wars nerd. It had to be done, though.
