There are ~22.7 million ACA exchange enrollees, plus another couple million off-exchange. Call it ~24 million or so total.

3-4M is how many are expected to lose coverage ENTIRELY as a result.

Nearly all of the other ~20M will face either MASSIVE premium hikes, MASSIVE deductible hikes or both.
