Noxid put a cool pillar very high up in the test scene and I took on the challenge to collect it.

In the end, the best way to sell my video game is to show "what you can do in this game" without saying a lot of words. I should just share multiple gameplay footages and hope it sticks with random somebody. #MagentaHorizon #indiegames #actiongame

Yeah it feels like there's still a huge range of cool fantasy designs we'll never get to explore now.
The collab spam is especially ironic because it makes the game you're playing a less powerful brand overall. What's gonna be in the next collab once we're tired of the current IPs? When am I gonna get something new to love?

When your annoying friend says they won't play kingdom hearts because of the mix and match Disney appearances but will happily slurp up Cowboy Beebop skins in Overwatch and Fortnite.
I didn't really wanna start a convo about cooldown and quick time to kill service game design since that's an entirely different beast but I largely am also not interested in their gameplay or addiction machines either.
Also applying this to modern day clothes/silly onesie costumes in FFXIV, collab costumes that don't fit the design of the game or are from clashing eras, etc.

We're so quick to accept the total shattering of a setting's believability for a funny costume.
Is anyone besides me heavily disinterested in hero shooters and other character based service games BECAUSE the teams can't keep the aesthetic of the world cohesive for a whole year.

The time to beachwear skins feels like it gets shorter & shorter & all these games become grey goo with no cohesion.

action/platformer speedruns: yea we have to do 100 frame perfect tricks to clip through all these sections and it's all skill based and precise practice and speed
