They say you should put your phone in a bag of rice if it gets wet. But are you supposed to boil the phone with the rice or add it after you've boiled the rice? I've tried both and neither appears to work.

After feeding the crows and magpies, one of the magpies sat next to me and kept closing their eyes, especially the one facing me.
I only filmed some of it. They sat around like that for several minutes while I was looking at them and talking.
