Yeah. Probably deficient in something. I started craving beetroot with dark ryvita and before I knew it, four beets down the gullet. Came at me out of nowhere, overwhelming need for beet!

Hey, slight change of theme but has Andrew the grocer retired? I went in looking for my favourite apples that he always stocks this time of year. There was a new chap in his chair, didn’t seem to know what an Egremont Russet is 🤯.
