I think in my crash out I didn’t stop to consider this is Adrian fist year in coaching and it wasn’t even a full year. Even with half a season he did so much including building a strong culture. I think we’re gonna be alright.

I completely agree. This team is something special and they don't need a trophy or medals to prove it. Though, it would be nice because it feels like a lot of outsiders brushed past all of the accomplishments this year. This episode was great and helped me process. Group therapy indeed.

The adults in the room😂 @heyspirits.bsky.social broke down the game very well. I know a lot of people won’t be able to listen just yet and that’s okay. But ultimately the takeaway and something i echoed too after the game was this loss doesn’t take away from the great things the team accomplished
