This season Washington Spirit have been a source of joy but today it was a source of release. When Hal scored that goal in stoppage time, I cried. First time that’s happened. I couldn’t believe it or understand it but I let it go.

Whether this was random street crime or targeted political violence, I think it was bad for the president to unnecessarily put the National Guard in harm’s way like this. They simply don’t need to be there.

And here I was just thinking of updating to a 17. I have a 14. This also happened with buying a new tv just because it was cheap but I don’t need it. I stopped myself. It really made me think how ingrained consumerism is in us and how it’s the only way the economy stays afloat 🤦🏻♀️

I think in my crash out I didn’t stop to consider this is Adrian fist year in coaching and it wasn’t even a full year. Even with half a season he did so much including building a strong culture. I think we’re gonna be alright.
