Exactly. Jeffrey Dahmer comes to mind. Normal childhood. Dad thought he was doing his son of service by teaching him how to shoot and kill animals, a.k.a. “hunting“. But for Jeffrey, it awakened something innate in him. He was born with it.

Trump is a good example. No emotional development of empathy at all. He can’t feel music. It doesn’t move him. Either do animals. That whole executive function just doesn’t exist in him. And he is a career criminal. Makes total sense.
