Mettaton EX from Undertale.

Mettaton EX is a humanoid robot with short black hair covering his right (screen left) eye, and white skin. He usually has an all black outfit, minus his hot pink torso and heeled boots. His arms are long metallic tubes that end in a pair of white cartoony gloves.

The pin in question:
Since it was a mix of pigmented coloured pencils and posca paint, it needed thicker layers of sealant since my last test resulted in purple pencil fibers muddying the resin

If it's bleeding after the resin makes contact, it may be that the ink density is quite thick, so maybe more coats would help? You could also try adding a very thin layer of mod podge after the krylon has cured. I've used this method on a coloured-pencil pin and it mitigated bleed pretty well!

Ink bleed tends to happen most with red ink for some reason, both inkjet and markers. But I'm very curious to know what you seal your pins with, because the best method I've found is just going straight to resin
