I’ve been thinking the same thing. Like I’m sure an ai generated movie will gather a crowd of people who just are curious. Then they will be over it. Most people don’t want this at all let alone long term.

Also you might know this but you might just need a different antidepressant. I was on some that made me so much worse. Some that made me sick.

I did that when I was having other issues and… it was worth it if nothing else than to rule out the antidepressants! So I don’t know if it’s crazy. Just definitely like you said have a plan and monitor it well.

Yeah luckily we were already done with them at the time. We were finishing out the week and then he was starting at the Y. But... not that that was much better :-\ Terrible.

He wasn’t non-speaking at that age but he didn’t speak much and had a lot of trouble communicating, which is why we didn’t find out about the almost drowning until later. We found out about the woman locking the kids in a room thanks to another parent. 😫

Heard about another place locally where a child was found wandering in traffic. I had nightmares all the time. One recurring was the bullies at the Y who weren’t reprimanded drowned my kid. Found out from him later they had actually tried to in real life.

This was one of the most stressful parts of parenting. First place we took him to was recommended by a friend. We discovered later the woman was locking them in a bedroom while she had friends over to workout. 2nd was the YMCA where the counselors were abusive.

I agree. I can scan a text doc and get to exactly what I need. I can’t do that with video.

I get that everyone consumes and processes information differently. And I appreciate people who take that into consideration and provide both! But a lot of videos are a whole lot of nonsense to get to the message.

I have a friend who constantly sends me a video with “did you see this?” I told him the other day, if it’s a video you can assume I haven’t seen it lmao.
