Arsenal are now only doing so well, imo, bc they have Arteta time, patience and a few excellent transfer windows. Arteta has been there for almost six years and only now do they look like they might win the big prizes. I think we’ve also got to accept this part to guarantee stability

I’ve only watched the highlights from last night but it appears Vic had an immense evening. Nice to see him remind folks that he’s an excellent shot stopper, I feel like he’s taken some unnecessary stick recently. Big picture wise, it’s a point away from home in the Champions League, onto the next!

Like, he’s worked us into a top half team while missing the teams best three attackers from last season (and having sold the 4th). Results have been disappointing of late, but you take them with the points we prob didn’t deserve early in the season and throw it into the top 8 or so average.

It’s been a compliment to Frank that he’s managed to create a system and tactics around this set of players. Super-limited creativity in midfield, maximizing Kudus’ ability to hold up/be an outlet, max rotation, set piece goals, etc.

The fact that most of them listed the Transformers and Fast & Furious movies in their top 4 favourite films of all time lists a little while ago does not fill me with confidence about any of them. Deki and Archie always appear to be reading whenever the team travel, so I’d put them in there
