I know I'm a random stranger but I did see this among all of the unhelpful ones and as someone with some food issues, I was also bummed. However! The Owyn shakes appear to be safe(r) and I've seen them at Kroger and Costco so all is not lost!

You can walk into any library, pull a book off the shelf, and just start reading it. You don't *have* to check it out. You can just put your ass in a chair and open it up and start reading.

Even the most rural libraries have digital collections that can be accessed via a phone or a public computer. You don't even have to leave your house.

I am dubbing today Fart Around Friday. Log off, go buy some envelopes at the store. Hop on the bus and shuffle around the library. Go the bank and take out $10 in cash and buy an ice cream cone. Sit on a bench and stare. Read a poster on a telephone pole and go "Huh, sounds cool" and keep walking.

Well, something pretty bad has happened at the tail end of our Japan trip: instead of our bag being forwarded from Kyoto to Ikebukuro, it wound up on a container ship bound for Oshima Island
