Tbubz maps are out and this is where I'll be: Bubbleboy Hall, D13 (D13a)

You'll be able to find me at @thoughtbubbleuk.bsky.social by looking for D13 in Bubbleboy Hall, or by saying something mean about Bill Mantlo's Alpha Flight run (none of my comics have anything to do with Alpha Flight)
A map of a section of Though Bubble's Bubbleboy Hall, with crudely drawn on notes directing the reader to table D13.

D13. Bubble Boy.

Remember it. D13.

Finished 'The Spider Man' by Edogawa Rampo last night. Another ludicrous tale of violence and perversion told by a narrator who's just having a lovely time

Good morning from Day 2 of My Worst Hangover Of 2025. Today I will be mostly drinking tea and sighing

PHARMACY? Parma ham! This is why I don't come to blusky very often.
grthink.bsky.social
He said to me once "I hate to ask, but are friends electric?" and I said "No, Gary, that's a meat slicer. I can do you some really thin pharmacy ham if you'd like?"
grthink.bsky.social
Pretty sure Gary has a really old house, it's as likely to be haunted as any other house. He also lives near me, when I worked on the deli at Tesco he used to walk past when he was shopping with his wife.

How to promote a tape:

-Sponser a sports arena
-Blast it on a bus
-Steal the good leads from the office
-Call your parents
-Dress in a foam tape costume and spin a sign next to a road
-Blackmail a celebrity into an endorsement
-Fly a plane pulling a banner over a beach
-Coupons in the Sunday paper

My Small Talk is the Benjamin Button version of yours. By the end of any event I can just about make little noises.

Have ended up as an admin of an Experimental Comics group on Facebook. Three questions have been set up to weed bots and spam out of new members, but the sort of person who wants to join this sort of group is also the type of person who just talks about toast or whatever, being all rAnDoM.

But yeah, "Silksoft Mass", "Archean", "The Brackish Plains" and "Eggs As Skulls" (a spinoff from Skulls As Eggs) are all pretty much ready, albeit without any text becasue the bit of my brain that writes anything nice hasn't woken up yet.

Thought Bubble is perilously close and I'm locking into the same old panic I do every time which is trying to finish 3 new projects when what I should be doing is concentrating on the two projects I released a month and a half ago, and getting some more of those ready.

A drawing of Angron I did for Bill's 16th birthday, which is today

They really do make these chaps complicated to draw, BTW. Just figuring out what was teeth and what was cheek gave me a headache.

Yeah he probably has? Feels like he would have been knocking about those counter-cultural peeps in the 70s

My teenage daughter on hearing Murder By Death for the first time: "This is what you've been talking about?! Murder by DEATH?! They should rename themselves Murder by FLOWERS! I thought they were Rock Music, not whatever this is!"

10/10. No notes.

"It looks like they’re pumping into a horse. You have a little child, a little fragile child, and you get a vat of eighty different vaccines, I guess. Eighty different blends, and they pump it in... So, ideally, a woman won't take Tylenol."

So I’ve been waiting for this meeting for twenty years, actually. And it’s not that everything’s a hundred percent understood or known, but I think...
