Translation from the French of an unprecedented and shocking statement from the AFP news agency, saying that its journalists in Gaza are almost too weak to work anymore and are starving to death.

Unsafe cladding means sky-high insurance costs, mounting service charges, and living in fear of the worst happening. I want to hear from you about your experiences with unsafe cladding in Milton Keynes Central.

This isn't what people generally think of as "tapping", by the way. Be careful not to mislead with a headline.
It would be the biggest thing to make Reps fear for their congressional seats, so they'd turn.

Print & broadcast media abandon any remaining loyalty/fear to ensure they couldn't be accused of being apologists.

He'd lose *some* church halls/values voters.

Foreign media would fucking crucify him. 👍🏼
Top punning, there. Very pleased.

The Met Office has warned that extreme weather is the new normal in the UK.

Meanwhile, newly elected Reform politicians are busy denying the science.

Climate science denial is dangerous, irresponsible and a betrayal of the very communities they claim to represent.

🇫🇷Rapturous applause for Macron in Parliament!

"Let's fix it. Let's work together in order to facilitate the exchange of students, researchers, intellectuals, artists. This is so important."

"Let's allow our children to have the same opportunities as the one we had."
More:

"Ofcom should be empowered to give penalty notices to platforms when they allow harmful content to be monetised through their services."

Please let this happen.
"if significant harm is found, the responsible online services should publish the actions they will take to address these harms. Ofcom should be given the power to serve penalty notices to services that fail to comply, either 10% of the company’s worldwide revenue, or £18 million"

Let's see this!
Are social media companies responsible for the content on their platforms?

Is enough being done to tackle the spread of misinformation?

Should recommendation algorithms be made transparent?

🚨 BREAKING. This behaviour is small. 🚨

Perhaps the coverage hasn't given the full picture, but with the work Rayner has done on workers' rights more broadly, and the fact that she doesn't work at Brum City Council, pointing the finger at her personally is really very small, and utterly meaningless.
🚨 BREAKING. THIS IS BIG! 🚨 Unite conference votes to suspend Angela Rayner & Birmingham Council leader John Cotton from Unite membership & to re-examine relationship with Labour over Birmingham bins dispute
Or at the very least make non-political, for the love of fuck.
Maybe the start of something...?

It's just 20,000 people and it's just 2% of wealth over 10 million pounds.

It's a sum of money they won't even miss, and yet it's 24 billion that we can spend on so many really important things and help so many people in our country.

We're saying 10% of voters have some idea of who Corbyn is, what he stands for, and would prefer to vote for his party rather than anyone else?

I've just launched a new range of snake oil, if you're interested.
I'm forced to wonder whether a male Chancellor's tears would receive the same media scrutiny, or if they would have respectfully stiff-upper-lipped over it.

I also wonder whether Badenoch's spokesghoul would have insisted that a male Chancellor's personal matter should be made public.

At a big active travel conference in York, Chris Whitty is explaining how amazing physical activity is for health, and how it needs to be built into everyday life. Those who benefit most are those who currently do nothing, followed by those who do little, he says.
This is disgusting. #Badenoch
After a Treasury spokesperson says Rachel Reeves was upset at PMQs due to a personal matter, Kemi Badenoch's spokesman tells journalists that "something strange is going on" and insists the Chancellor immediately disclose what is happening in her personal life
How many have there been, though?
