Our school district set up a webinare for a therapist on behavior issues at home. He was an ADA behaviorist and one of the first things he said was we were going to be training our kids like training a dog. I never left a zoom meeting so fast in my life. Disgusting.

Many people who were forced to endure ABA therapy come out with PTSD. Ivar Lovaas (the creator of such therapy, which was later derived for conversion therapy) said in his book (paraphrased by me) that autistic people aren't real people, just defective vessels waiting for a real person to be placed

Autism $peaks is the largest and most popular Autism organization (among allistics), who continues to be 100% in support of ABA. They have lobbyists who push ABA as the “gold standard Autism treatment.” It utilizes same practices as “conversion therapy,” which is currently banned in 28 countries.

Agent K has several supplements either his peds, GI, or psychiatrist doctor put him on. They run out at different times and every other month his dad is supposed to pay for them.

Like in middle school I wanted to be a puppeteer. And not like in a cool Sesame Street /Muppet Show way, but in a way where I owned more than one string marionette, practiced daily, and talked about putting on shows like the people that did those performances on Mr. Rogers Neighborhood.

The Trnmp administration is walking back the Insurrection Act because while the rank and file may have outspoken conservatives, the generals meeting revealed they didn't have friends there.
