The first time Cyrus had his hair styled was when he joined the Chemical Warfare Service in 1918, and hasn't had it that way since he was discharged in 1953

The reason for having his hair slicked back was the same reason he keeps his horns cut short - it made it easier to put on a gas mask ;P

Cyrus (goat) in 1918 as a military scientist working for the U.S. Army Chemical Warfare Service under the Mechanical Research Division.

He is wearing a civilian private-purchase lab coat over an M1916 Pullover Shirt with M1912 Wool Breeches, M1910 Canvas Leggings, and M1917 Trench Boots.

He also wears a pair of heavy black rubber hoof-gloves, an experimental gas mask carrier over his shoulder, and is holding a large chemical boiling flask with a sample of sulfur mustards.

I've been getting into the idea of belt kits lately and this one's really nice - because the waist pad's so wide, it doesn't create any cinch points at my hips; it just kinda swivels around my butt when I sit or bend over x3

Yeah, it uses C2 parts
And I wouldn't personally trust it to seal just cause it's a hood and not really a mask with a facial seal, but the valves do function ^^

Every pair of the more common rubber tabi I've owned had a fabric lining that likes to separate from the rubber due to sweat exposure
So I'm eager to see someone make some proper, skintight, un-lined latex tabi x3

Moulage and I have several one-of-a-kind historic gas masks in our collection

One of our favorites is this Drager Optische Gasmaske 44, which might be the only surviving example

The small lenses were designed for armor crews to use optical sights, but it also gives a very intimidating appearance!

The Drager Gm.44 Optische Gasmaske. The threaded cap on the side accepts a microphone. The filter is not present, but would have been a standard 'FE' series canister.

The lenses on the BF's dog gas mask were looking a little worse for wear, so I sandblasted and repainted the rusty frames and applied some cheap window tint film to the glass

Moulage will be ready for FWA! ^^
