When I saw a psychiatrist for my adhd she repeatedly pressured me to get therapy despite me saying a) i didnt see how it could be useful and b) i couldn't afford it

And to this day I reckon she was trying to upsell me to a colleague because no one has been able to explain how it could be useful

Tbh even at 16 Kristov was a sign you didn't respect yourself lol. I always went for a bottle of Malibu, most people if they were into vodka went for a $20 smirnoff. But if you were poor and not into Canterbury Creme, it was an option.
