It could if they actually built that website. But it turns out you can contact most of the health system and no one knows shit about what is actually available. Most places will say "no we don't but you can try x" until you go in a fucking circle

So those people can rent. The point is that whether renting or home ownership is the better financial choice is just one factor people will be considering. Many will elect to go with the less financially sensible option because it meets their other needs better.
