the games actually helped me through some deeply personal shit i went through in 2019 and i have only played the original trilogy properly so i can't speak for the extra games that have different main characters :)

they are also very silly campy games and are at times deeply unserious before throwing you straight into a case that rips your heart out

they are definitely a wonderful rival pair that should get married to resolve all their tension though ! and i would say if you love stories about cycle breaking, found family, finding connections after trauma, and finding identity after you've been told how to live then Yeah you should get into it

i really love ace attorney and think it is a fantastic series of games but all i will say is as much as the phoenix edgeworth relationship is fascinating it isn't always something that is on screen and one or both characters go out of the story at times !!!
