something that is a little bothersome in some authentic thai dishes is the little bits and bobs that are inedible, like when whole bones and fish get hacked roughly and you got some splinters swimming around, kaffir leaves, bits of lemongrass...

made gaeng nor mai but went a little insano style on the lemongrass but not in the right way so i had to fish the fiber out again while eating lmao whoops

After publishing this article, I've heard from many that CR seems to be using AI to produce dub CCs. Now, thanks to a slip-up CR had with episode 6 dub of The Banished Court Magician, we can say that with 100% certainty: Crunchyroll is using the AI service Ollang.com for its dub closed captions!
