Green Party victory! Macclesfield Central by-election in GAIN from Labour

Macclesfield Central by-election results for the twentieth of November two thousand twenty-three.

Green's first place, forty-two percent of the vote, a twenty-point swing.

Labour was second with twenty-nine percent of the vote, a twenty-six-point loss.

Reform was at sixteen percent of the vote; they are new.

Conservatives were at nine percent of the vote, a loss of four points.

Liberal Democrats were last with two percent of the vote, an eight-point lo

According to YouGov, the Green Party are currently TIED with the Conservatives - the official opposition - polling at 17%!

Reform is in first place with twenty seven percent of the vote, an increase of one. Labour is in second place with nineteen percent. The Conservatives are in joint third at seventeen percent, down one, while the Greens are also at seventeen percent, up two. The Liberal Democrats are at thirteen percent, down one. These changes compare figures from November seventeenth to those from November tenth.

Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have Acts of the UK Parliament imposed upon them.

England does not.

There is no Act of Parliament for England because Westminster IS England’s Parliament.

Each of the four nations, including the reunification of Ireland, have the right to self-determination.
