Whether or not the #CBJ are "relevant" has become a conversation but it's hard to think they aren't relevant when they set the second highest attendance of any game ever had in their league.

I think the Dodgers winning is the best thing for the future of baseball. The sport needs a salary cap/floor and the Blue Jays winning would have muddied the easy to sell narrative that the Dodgers are buying championships.

As a fan of a different team I think the Canes using the #Whalers logo hurts that old Whalers brand. I would buy and wear Whalers stuff but won’t know as I view it as an alternate logo for the Canes.

The #CBJ messed up not going with something like this. It’s an homage to the original which is exactly what an anniversary logo should be.
Well, with the official logo unveiled, figured I might as well share the concepts I did for a #CBJ 25th Anniversary logo during my internship last summer. Based off their 2000-07 logo. Needs some cleaning up on the linework but I think it's a really strong core!

Evaluating Norris as MVP for defensemen is a great way to look at it.
I was one of the 13 voters who went w/Werenski over Makar for the Norris.
I know Makar led in goals/points. But I felt Werenski carried CBJ with far less help than Makar had. Had the highest workload in the NHL (26:45 min/game) & dominated in those mins. His on-ice impact was bonkers.
