A wee appreciation post from my PT- perimenopause was brutal to me, from red rage to ridiculous weight just for being a woman. I still have about a stone to lose if it. But just goes to prove you stick with it,even when it’s tough and you getting nowhere, it will work.

While out today, a wee lady fell and I know I’m going to hell in a handcart for lying but I kid you not she took so many others out with her and all she was worried about was whether she had ruined her jacket or not, not a care for anyone. I was howling.😂😂
