A wee appreciation post from my PT- perimenopause was brutal to me, from red rage to ridiculous weight just for being a woman. I still have about a stone to lose if it. But just goes to prove you stick with it,even when it’s tough and you getting nowhere, it will work.

My daughter a nurse in hospital she on shift I’m 10mins away she showed doc on the ward he said tell her to come you can dress that for she done some damage.
