A woman who rang ABC Sydney radio said she found out about the Optus outage from her cat.

The cat has an automatic wi-fi feeder (connected to Optus) & when breakfast wasn't delivered at 6:10 am, the cat went to the bedroom to lodge a complaint with management.

I'm guilty of falling for sensationalized headlines too but we all gotta stop just reading them for face value and check sources. Especially with mistranslations that happen or lazy people using ChatGPT to write articles. The LLMs are nothing but misinformation machines pretty much.

Heheheh, the Lego designers have been going nuts with the detailing in these adult-targeted sets. The more of these I've been building, the more I've been tempted to shout "WOW, that's so damn clever" with each design choice.

I've been seeing more and more custom/homebrew machines on my feeds lately. Gotta say, I'm impressed with the level of patience these people have to put these together.

Heck, I even saw a homebrew rebuilt from the infamous Hercules table. That's just crazy!
