Man when I was a kid I thought GameCube LAN was the coolest thing ever. I knew literally no one who would want to cram two TVs together in one room, get an Ethernet adapter, and find a network hub or crossover ethernet cable, but still, it sounded cool in the manual.

Oh yeah, Game Prices are a real underrated part of traveling to Japan. Got a great price on a used copy of Pokemon Shining Pearl and a fair discount on the TTYD remake on launch day compared to the states.

On a modern system sometimes that's just memory training, it'll take a while on the initial boot but then boot faster after that. Might need to re-enable XMP/EXPO if you have ram that supports it. If have a motherboard that support bios flashback it's a lot less stressful!

I always thought Classic was a weird name. Like on the surface, I'd expect "Classic" to mean "Vanilla TF2 before custom weapons" or something like that, but that's definitely not the scope.
