I Need someone to do some work at a relatives place, gave someone all the details and discussed payment. Told the person to contact the relative to set up a convenient time. Three weeks later, person still hasn't made any contact at all with the relative

I asked someone to do something that would take less than a minute with their phone that they are already holding, record a quick voice now, I asked a month before I needed it. I reminded them 4 times, a month passed. No voicenote, incredibly frustrating
