I'm kinda stuck with them, prime means all the stuff we need is sent to the freight forwarder without paying endless postage. Consumables for the store would be way more expensive paying postage and using individual suppliers. Food items we can't get here..etc etc...i ensure I rinse prime though.

I'm not so sure. I think there's an algorithm that monitors everything, once profitability is achieved on an item it adjusts price/stock levels accordingly over time. It's usually very limited numbers at these prices. That's my theory anyway. If Sony sold these in for ,£50. I'll be absolutely amazed

Often they are. The last Daniel Miller album the store picked up for £6.25 on Amazon and @clarapandy.bsky.social pointed out, Amazon can afford to sell at a loss....others simply cannot.

You can get the Depeche Playing The Angel 10 disc box for £61 delivered from Amazon Spain at the moment. That's £100 less than I paid (and you would still pay) in the UK. I bagged one for the shop. That's cheaper than wholesale.
