I cannot explain enough how much I do not care if the actors of a ship do not like the ship.
I do not care if the creator or writers dislike it.
Whether a ship ends up as canon, or whether it has approval from the crew, is antithetical and meaningless to shipping culture

6) Sur le réveil imposé toutes les deux heures XXX soutient que l'administration pénitentiaire lui impose un réveil toutes les deux heures au cours de la nuit par l'allumage systématique, depuis l'extérieur, de la lumière de sa cellule par les surveillants effectuant les rondes. Sur ce point, la direction du centre pénitentiaire n'apporte aucune réponse circonstanciée, se bornant à rappeler que le régime auquel XXX est soumis est régi par un impératif de sécurité. Si l'impératif de sécurité avancé par l'administration pénitentiaire peut être considéré comme légitime et ne saurait, en principe, être remis en cause, il convient néanmoins de rappeler qu'un tel impératif ne peut justifier des atteintes disproportionnées aux droits fondamentaux des personnes détenues. En effet, le respect de la dignité humaine constitue une exigence absolue, consacrée tant par le droit interne que par les instruments internationaux de protection des droits de l'homme. Or, le fait de réveiller systématiquement un détenu toutes les deux heures au cours de la nuit, par l'allumage complet de la lumière de sa cellule, constitue une pratique susceptible d'altérer gravement la qualité de son sommeil, d'affecter sa santé mentale et, in fine, de porter atteinte à sa dignité. Une telle mesure, si elle est appliquée de manière mécanique et sans évaluation individualisée, pourrait s'apparenter à un traitement inhumain ou dégradant au sens de l'article 3 de la Convention européenne des droits de l'homme. Au vu de l’ensemble des éléments, il ressort que les conditions de détention décrites par XXX dans sa requête du 5 août 2025 ne sauraient être considérées comme contraires à la dignité de la personne humaine à l'exception du réveil toutes les deux heures imposé par l'allumage de la lumière à l'intérieur des cellules. Sur ce point, un délai de 10 jours sera laissé à l'administration pénitentiaire pour y mettre fin.
