I weep for media literacy. We've commoditized the internet so much that responsibility for things like spam is no longer on the producer but the consumer. I wish I could just shake someone who posts another "the Democrats are also saluting" meme.

Elon is the worst. If he didn't intend it, he did it, & hasn't discussed his mistake which may is worse. Saying nothing when you do something small and good is minor and misleading. Instead, he did big and stupid and there's no easy way out of this for him. Considering his past? A new dog whistle.

I would caution people to stop relying on the Constitution as written to have any meaning other than what the people Trump put on the Supreme Court says it means.
"He can't do that" is not a useful response to the things he's going to do. The correct response is "Will the Court uphold that?"

Trump cannot abrogate birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment by way of executive order. That’s not how constitutional rights work.
