I think that’s a good call!! personally I’d say if it’s something you felt safe enough to try again and strong enough to say “nope too scary” then it shouldn’t have to change your clean count!

I get super sore throats from too much allergy related post nasal drip!! not that it being MCAS makes it more fun to suffer through but fingers crossed it’s that and not covid or the flu!!
