Was I disabled before this? Yes, absolutely. But y'all took away my ability to adapt my life to my needs over time and agency over my body. Now I wake up in pain everyday and those infrequent flares from before meare now my daily life.

Masking in public, especially when you're indoors or around a lot of people outdoors (such as at a concert/protest or other crowded event), is a really easy way to 1) show solidarity with disabled and chronically ill people and 2) not get anyone sick.

COVID is still here and still dangerous.

Stop taking on projects you're not able to adequately do. Your poor work ethic and unreliable nature will make you look so much worse than just saying "no."

If you're working in a group setting (work, project, school, event, etc.), then you generally wanna get your part done before the deadline assigned. If you can't, you need to state that ASAP.
