i still really adore this album, you should listen to it
every so often i remember that me and buddies wrote an excellent and exacting rock album about not fucking dying in community in 2019. i play really good drums and wrote some of the songs. you can hear it at sadgayband.bandcamp.com

In The Labyrinth of Time, entering the Ziggurat without a lantern is supposed to show a black screen. However, the developers put in the wrong filename for the black screen, so it fails to render, showing a black screen instead

music videos are so funny because sometimes they're very much produced as a visual demonstration of the song, but sometimes you end up with a line like "death, indiscriminate, drags off the newborn buck with a broken limb" over footage of people smiling and having fun on tour

a lot of people talk (rightly) about covers of Hallelujah tending to remove the more interesting verses, but leave out the far more egregious sin of taking a labored, staggering vocal performance that feels about to collapse under its own weight and just. moving the line deliveries back on beat

crimes of the future differs from cronenberg's earlier work in a lot of interesting ways but one i just managed to put my finger on is that it's only a horror movie for the audience. all the horror elements are normal for the characters, for them it's a crime story

hey so I'm just now getting over a few days of a horrific stomach illness that prevented me from really eating much of anything, only to realize i don't really have food on hand or money to get it with. so if anyone could throw me a few bucks that would be helpful

bug fact for today: many insects have radically different diets at different life stages, but some interesting ones to me are that many adult wasps are predators but the prey is for their larvae & they're herbivorous themselves, and bee flies are parasitic as larvae and herbivorous as adults

i would not recommend getting an infection in a broken tooth. i would not recommend getting a GI infection. i would especially not recommend having a dental infection spread to your stomach in the time it takes to find a dentist who will see you (found one yesterday, recovering now. but ouch)
