I'm wrestling with autistic shutdown at the moment-in this state an autistic person doesn't function well & needs rest. It happens a lot tbh-my brain gets overloaded easily bc I have up to 50% more brain cells.Often triggered by unexpected stress. It can take a bit to recover but I'll be back soon 🌿
