Grapefruits really got the evolutionary shaft. Like, you gotta be really hungry to wanna eat that and distribute it elsewhere.

I'm frankly surprised they made it.

My God, @radiofreetom.bsky.social. Did you out Duffy up to this?
Duffy on his demand that air travelers not wear slippers or pajamas: "It honors our country ... don't take your shoes off and put your feet on the chair ahead of you"

Every Reuters cricket headline sounds like there's world war breaking out.

Once again, a museum-quality example: Progressives see everything through the prism of identity. Every single thing.

Progressives view the world solely through skin color, religious identity, and sex parts, but everyone else is racist and misogynist, see.

Mrs. Clinton began her political involvement as a "Goldwater Girl." Obviously, she still has some Goldwater in her -- maybe more than the Republican Party and broad swaths of the American Right do. History is interesting (all too).
With his ultimatum that Ukraine surrender to Russia, Trump finally wins a prize:

The Neville Chamberlain award for betraying peace, freedom, and justice.

The literal and genuine strategy of so many American progressives to win elections in red states and red areas can be succinctly summed up as:

"Vote for our candidates, you stupid, racist fuckwads."

How do progressives lose? It's a mystery.
Why is it w/these guys that “Harris was a terrible candidate” & not “Christ, this country is full of more white nationalists who want to burn this country down than I realized” Maybe, Sir, it’s not a Harris problem. Maybe it’s a rise in fascism problem. Or does that require too much introspection?
Harris was a terrible candidate. Biden was dumb to pick her as vice president, and just selfishly awful to dawdle until Democrats believed they had no choice but to run Harris as an emergency candidate in 2024.

No votes were suppressed. Voters preferred Trump. Democrats must change, hard.

This person is asking this question totally seriously.
November 24, 2025 at 4:38 AM
Just an FYI, Bluesky progressives: If you call me "racist" or "misogynist" because I inform you that Harris was a terrible candidate who workadaddy Americans simply do not like, you're immediately blocked.

So much blocking today. Thank you, as always, @radiofreetom.bsky.social.

Today on this absurd website, I learned that there are people who think that Harrison Bergeron and the ballerina are the bad guys in "Harrison Bergeron."

Diana Moon Glampers, the Handicapper General, is the hero for shooting both dead after they tried to be free.

Amazing, you guys. Never stop.

Been driving for a couple hours. Just got online. Lemme see if I understand. US has been pushing a Ukraine plan for a few days. After some pushback, US Secy of State reveals that in fact it's a Russian plan that was presented to the US. Helluva a misunderstanding.

Telling voters to "get bent" is a really stupid idea if your goal is to win elections.

It's tragic how often you see this among Democrats and progressives. Do you guys want to win elections or tell off blue-collar voters?
This ranks with, “Hillary didn’t visit Michigan” because she was the logical choice and if you used that bs to not vote for her, then you can get bent.

Thinking in terms of appealing to "groups essential to the coalition" is the main Dem problem. Instead, the successful politician should expresses a compelling vision attractive to all Americans and let the groups figure out who they are going to vote for.

Hey thanks for illustrating the horseshoe theory pal
Tbh I’m not shocked Trump got along better with Zohran than people expected.

In my own experience in Colorado politics and as a DSA member, I often get along way better w/ many Republicans at the Capitol than Corporate Democrats.

Guys -- Mamdani is a just Trump for the left. Same vacuousness. Same lack of any real plan or acumen to do real politics. The sooner people realize this obvious truth, the better off we will all be.

You know what's a great word? Smuggler.

Like, it just sounds really cool and it's pretty funny that somebody made that sound the meaning for people who move illicit goods.

So I saw "One Battle After Another" this weekend. It's great. Go see it.

Paul Thomas Anderson doesn't really deal in plots. He deals in stories. And I think most directors could never pull off this feat. But he creates absolutely amazing, thoughtful, entertaining stories.

People are attached to the word Fascism because we're a country - both right and left - addicted to high drama. We're struggling right now with a man who I've said "has the soul of a fascist and mind of a disordered child." But fascism? Sober up. Put your Big Kid Democracy Pants on.

There are great people here. To those I have found and follow, and most of you who follow me: I love you all.
