None of the maga cult members will split hairs over the facts- they’ll just believe him
Every Republican in congress is complicit. Silence is guilt. Their ‘party’ is a terrorist org.
Even the rose garden looks like a scar
This is so toxic and unproductive
Their local Republican elected officials at the state and fed level could have worked out policy changes good for rural America with the former administration- but that would have looked good for the opposition party so they did nothing. How’s that working out?
No kings day got to him. He’s tearing down The President’s House just like he’s tearing down the presidency.

It’s a perfect metaphor.
A monumental hissyfit.
An ineffective distraction.

Due to Trump’s failed leadership (his pervious quote), the government shutdown has now reached day 21. Federal employees and their families across the country are struggling, many forced to take out personal loans just to pay their bills, and soon turning to food banks to eat.

Inflation forecast was 3%, up 1% from Jan.

Odds of a recession rose from 25% to 37%

All are attributed to ""greater policy uncertainty, trade tensions, and softer demand momentum."

Today, I convened a group of former military generals and veterans to hear perspectives on deploying troops in American cities.

Their commitment is to our nation. That’s why they’re speaking out against what the President's doing as uncalled-for, unprecedented, and un-American.

The employees at Social Security offices who are still making sure our checks go out on time, won’t get their own paycheck this week.

Their bills didn’t stop. The rent is still due, and they still have families who need to eat.

Shame on the Republicans for this shutdown.

Words spoken many years ago that are just as relevant today.

We must continue the fight to get big money out of politics.
