Positive: I used this to fix a storytelling issue I'd had on my list for awhile but no remedy for - plus it has added another small mystery for players to unravel.

This dropped in my inbox recently - the number of titles cited in this post breaks all known measuring devices. Like it's so big, you can see it from space. Been at this point in the game project for the last month where it's become so huge the following things have happened:

1. Weird, unpredictable bugs frequently emerging from sprawling codebase. A shocking bug yesterday: congratulations on reaching the end - oh wait you're dead.

There are chevrons rippling across many of the grey tiles, but others have yellow lines instead. A cat sleeps on one tile to the far right. CAPUT MORTUM: Late 90s FPS aesthetic. A cobweb strewn hall, with pillars either side. Overhead is a curved roof that is painted to look like the night sky, yellow stars against a blue blackground. A hand is visible at the base of the view. Double doors await the player at the far end. There are ornate lamps hanging from the ceiling. This Christmas I made a short twine that needed my two children to coordinate a search for infrastructure id codes eg. lamp post, a bridge. The reward was the final Xmas present (the board game Diatoms).

It worked great, was fun watching live video feed of my daughter running around the streets 😂
Computer display which reads: ROLES. Designate one player as the RELAY and another player as the RUNNER. The RUNNER will explore the external environment for identification codes. The RELAY will enter these codes into the test program and confirm to the runner whether the input has been successful. Please assign the roles and then continue to the test.
