Of the four special elections tonight, 100% of precincts have reported for the first one: VA-HD-23. Democrat Margaret Franklin wins, 77-23%, a 19% overperformance from 2024 (Harris won here 66-31%) and a 2% overperformance from the 2025 results:

There are Dems here in VA that very much want to go for 10-1. 9-2 is a much safer play. Really curious to see which line of thinking wins out here.
