Please enjoy some ELEMENTAL DOGS

I have a list of over a dozen elemental dogs that exist in my world, but here's some artwork I have of four:
Maika the shroomhound drawn by Akiwitch A shiba inu with light blue fur and purple mushrooms growing on her back and polypores on her legs. She also has a morel-shaped tail. Feta the balloongi drawn by Aowna. Feta is a dog that looks like a corgi, but can puff up like a balloon and float. He is floating above green grass with a lovely sky behind him. A nearby sign is for the Good Thyme Inn, written in the script of the Aloutians (who use gamma for ‘G’) Void dog drawn by me, but I was following a Mark Crilley tutorial stroke by stroke and I normally can't draw this good. Wow. First time I've written a short story in a while, and I did it in one sitting. Exactly 1k words. It's set in the future, post-utopia. I'm going to add links to the real tech stuff I reference, eg brain computers.

Should I try to sell it or post on my blog? After editing of course.

The number of authors I've seen dox their customers on livestreams is INTOLERABLE.

It takes time for digestion to adjust after gallbladder removal and I'm NOT enjoying it. Nausea is the least bad part. (Don't look it up. Just know it's going to take a while for me to get back to normal.) I'll be happier if it makes me lose weight though!!

I've been writing a bit today but v cold!

One week post op and the snow dragged me outside. Ok maybe not dragged. I was quite excited! We’re very lucky to have nice fields near the house. #snow

I told myself I'd sign up to sell at some craft fairs or book events this year but my anxiety keeps talking me out of it 😭 I *want* to do it, but I'm so worried I'll mess up big time or not sell anything because I'm not good with people and have wasted the table fee.

Folks, if you hate genAI because it stole books and artwork, you can't then post images you found on google/pinterest. IT'S ALSO THEFT. I used to HATE it when people just posted my art where they wanted because "it wasn't harming anyone." At least credit the damn artist ffs.

Ada patted the spear’s shaft and swayed a little, letting her eyelids droop. “Can’t a man take a piss in peace?” Someone dropped from the wall beside her. “I didn’t realise women relieved themselves against walls in Asorea.” It was Tamir, who moved to stand beside the spearman. She grew irritable thanks to new ideas keeping her awake, and the one morning she slept in, she snapped at Fawziyya for drawing the curtains. “I’m sorry,” Ada said. “I’m getting nowhere with this ethelid.” It was always in her hand now, a thorn she couldn’t drop. “Did you walk the moment you took your first step?” Ada pinched the bridge of her nose. “It’s too early for metaphors.” Everyone was there, including Tamir and some servants. Quinn cowered behind Sam and stared wide-eyed at a group of saddled horses. “I thought noble ladies loved horses,” Ada said as she joined them. Quinn’s glare could have cut her. “One of those beasts almost bit off my finger when I was a girl.” Quinn held up her hand and pointed at her index finger. If there was a scar, Ada couldn’t see it. To rub Quinn’s fear in her face, Ada went to the largest horse, a black stallion, and scratched his shoulder. Shukri barged between them. “Shadow is my horse.” Ada backed away a few steps. “I thought a prince would know more impressive names.” “What would you know of princes beyond how to kill them?” “What was that about?” Clara said, yawning as she stepped up beside Ada. “Sam decided to cook.” “Why?” “I’m not sure. Love? Madness?” Volker came out of the men’s tent. “Is there any difference?”
