In this interview the PM said he was surprised at how important personal relationship is to international discussions. Oddly, that's what I was counting on with this PM, that he has so many already. Shows how important those trips abroad are to Canada. A handshake says so much more than a screen.

And rents have skyrocketed & Air b&b's taking over smaller houses. So much building ongoing shocking long term residents. The place sure ain't what it used to be, wrecking the thing people came here for. Kids can hardly afford to rent never mind buy housing. 2 yr wait for doc not uncommon.
