The short film I spent a couple of months working on is now available to watch.
It is unlisted, however, as the director is still submitting it to film fests.
This is the first big storyboard I've done and first time I'm doing choreo for a few scenes and stunt coordination.

At the start of this playthrough I attempted to use a guide to help me see everything in one go but I was already screwed cus I didn't "pick up a frog in the prologue" so I figured "hey, they probably intended for this to be a replay feature.
A second town must've been lost in dev at some point-

If you play this game please don't do it on Hard, you'll have to grind before even fighting the first boss.
It might make the rest of the game a bit easier but trust me it's worth it.
Will definitely give a replay just to see the alternate scenarios/extra scenes and the special minigames.
Hard mode will however make using almost mandatory to get through a boss fight, legit awful time.
Why make more than 2 angles for a boss arena? Why? Legit, why? Why do it for every boss in the game?
And making the first boss an annoying ass that shows up thrice? Boss attacks just sucked to counter.
The spear probably felt like the weakest weapon addition despite the range, and the Wind weapon being the twinblade again felt cheap.
Charge attacks and command inputs were nice to see too, getting the level 3/Oni chain Issen was a fun time for when a group of weak and strong enemies are together.
-because it would fit the scale of this game way more if so.
Art direction was killer, some of the coolest environments and props of Capcom's 2000s line-up.
Weapons not being exclusively swords was nice, although the designs for them were a bit underwhelming tbh, especially in comparison to 1.

Onimusha 2: Samurai's Destiny (HD);
What could be a great experience is undermined by a red herring structure set up and bizarre pace alongside some boss fights that range from bad to terrible if you play on Hard Mode like I did.
Some cool upgrades to base Onimusha gameplay present though.

Another would be that sometimes the lighting effects that surround the edges of the screen on Alan's side could be a bit jarring.
If there's a couple of crits I could give the whole experience; I didn't really think the gameplay was tight enough for me to try playing on the harder modes, especially not with some sequences FPS, I even swapped to aim assist halfway through this playthrough.
The future setup you get on Alan's side with a particular character is soooooo good and i love the humor in it.
Still think this game might have the best usage of live action that only Remedy might upheave on future projects.
Managing to fit the DLCs into the main game the way they did is sick btw.
The Lake House one's placement story wise is a bit funny but hey.
This time through i played each side of the game in one go which was cool, crazy they managed to keep it open that way.
Alan Wake 2: The Final Draft;
A very thematically fitting decision in line with the rest of the game's concepts that are so tightly written.
I do wish Saga's side had more going on for this second trip through the whole game since Alan's is a shorter experience by nature.
Structure is still great.
