This my problem with incumbent Democrats, in general. Everything is some polled political crap. But it’s incredibly disappointing that neither Reed or Whitehouse can just do the right thing. I had thought of them as good people. I was mistaken.

I am so done with these guys. They just keep following their clueless party leadership and giving Republicans whatever they want. Republicans long ago lost any hope of ever getting my vote, but Reed and Whitehouse are now in the same boat. If they’re on the ballot, I’m not helping them.
It’s been clear for a few years now that the Republican justices (deserving of the label because of their obvious partisan bent) are untethered to interpreting the law or the constitution. SCOTUS is no longer a legitimate institution. They’re simply exercising judicial power because they can.
