If you find yourself thinking "cyclists don't belong on the road" then the logical corollary of that is to support safe, separated cycling infrastructure. But in my experience it is often the same people who vociferous oppose cycling infrastructure who also abuse cyclists for riding on the road.

Holy shit, just learned about the typewriter art of Montserrat Alberich Escardívol, a Catalan typist. Using an extra wide typewriter and 180 color ribbons, she built up elaborate images from simple characters like 'm' and '.' and ';'. Here is her typewritten painting of the Cathedral of Barcelona.

but... can you perchance get the levels closer btw the podcast proper and the intro/outro music?
in particular when you have guests, Better Offline is dangerous for my ears if i listen with headphones b/c the music is so much louder than the voices.

2. cats are honestly some of my best jiu-jitsu teachers/inspirations. tight elbows, good frames, always using 4 limbs & head control. adjusting technique&position for the environment. full grasp of leverage&space. also true playfulness!
