creators share 90% of their work for free, so what ends up for sale is a small fraction to gather income and support. treating creators like they aren't already sharing freely riles me up.

For graphic novels, especially adult genre fiction, it's incredibly helpful to review it online, talk about it, recommend it to a friend—adult fiction in the graphic novel space is difficult to place, and nothing convinces readers that they'll like a book more than the personal testimonial.
If you like an author's work, the best thing you can do is buy it. The second best thing you can do is ask your local library to buy it. Or, do both!

I don't like talking about American politics because we're often told it's complex, nuanced stuff and it's not. American politics is stupid and our policies are largely driven by morons, rudimentary power is often all the understand and so everything defaults to this. What's even left to discuss?

Why am I so against generative AI in games?
Because I simply do not want my initial reaction to art to be one of suspicion and scrutiny, AI slop is fundamentally damaging my relationship to art and artistry, and I am deeply resentful that it is forcing me to be guarded when I should be wowed.
