Trump’s tone was angry. Some saw it as defensive. I see it differently. I see it as Trump thinking how dare people question me. Imagine the hubris needed to think people shouldn’t question his lies. You have to be pathological and you have to think everyone else is stupid.

I've been developing a relationship with my little cousin, he comes over and I try to traumatise him with the scariest horror movies I know. He's 17 so it's ok. His fear tolerance is much more impressive than mine was at his age!

December is the hardest part of the year for people like me, it is near constant reminders of social fabric and family (or chosen family) trauma. I imagine there are lots of people like me. I imagine all of it would get better with UBI.

I don't even bother telling people I have a medical education and I decided to get out of healthcare when I saw how the world decided to manage a tier 3 infectious disease. Watching the entire world actively ignore science broke me. We could have had clean air, just like how we demand clean water.
I know someone who had a severe stroke last year at age 29. When I mention it, people remark how young that is for a stroke.
I then point out that strokes have been increasing for the last 5 years, even in the pediatric population.
They then say, "I wonder why?"
