The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening for #gameboy is one of my FAVORITE games of all time. ❤️

What would I change... Remove some or all of the pits in the Tail Cave boss fight (waaaay too hard for stage 1). 🤔 And make clearing some boulders on the map permanent. 😌

I don’t think there are that many perfect games out there. You know the ones where you wouldn’t change a single thing about them, but Link’s Awakening, that definitely is one.

What surprised me though is the few little changes in gameplay and bugfixes that they made REALLY add up to a much more polished game! 🤯

The screenshots are all from the first area... Yep, that's all they played.

Didn't understand the fundamentals of the story or controls... Yep, didn't read the manual.

Whatever. They still said it's great (probably). 🙄😆

Wario Land II was a big deal when it came out, it was the first time you COULDN'T DIE Super Mario style game. 🤯 I actually played through it for the first time recently, some of the bosses drove me CRAZY. 😆

YES! Nintendo made them HUGE for no reason, and they just keep coming after you! So creepy seeing them off in the distance. 😵‍💫

I'm a big fan of this game! 🤩

I've only played the game jam version. My only suggestion is, please consider adjusting the speed of the text boxes. The constant pop up and down made the (outstanding!) gameplay drag. 😌

THE ENTIRE AM2R SOUNDTRACK 🤯

If I had to pick one song to show to a Metroid fan it'd be The Tower, a reimagining of Ridley's Lair / Norfair (the "lava song") to an industrial weapons facility. It's so clever and good!
