Everything about that last segment of Wind Waker
The nostalgia was huge and I even felt I didn't want Hyrule to disappear forever.
I could totally feel the desperation when Ganondorf starts laughing.
Still gives me chills to this day

Dead Hand because it deals the least amount of damage (half a heart, if I'm not mistaken), and because I can evade its attacks and hands with careful movements.

Of course, I also need to be careful with the well's enemies and the traps, but it's possible to survive.
