Honestly the part of this that I really hope more people recognize is the foot stuff. There's nothing wrong with having a thing for feet, ain't my thing but have fun! I think we need to change the way we talk about SAG-AFTRA. Not a dig at Jeff here (I too would like to see a SAG-AFTRA Amazon Agreement,) but we've got to stop referring to SAG-AFTRA as an organization that can just "step in" and do stuff.
I just wanna see SAG-AFTRA step in & establish a dubbing agreement with Amazon much like the Netflix agreement. That would be the best path forward.

The fear of someone's life being made moderately easier by accident has prevented us from making a lot of peoples lives livable on purpose.
Balancing "no person with a disability should be denied accommodations" with "it's important to discourage non-disabled people from pretending to be disabled to take advantage of these accommodations" is really difficult and I don't have a great answer for what anyone should do about it.

Additionally, I was offered "NO AI" clauses that were not protected by union arbitration while the same companies were ACTIVELY REFUSING AI PROTECTIONS with the union during strike negotiations. Why would I ever believe them?

Indie animation and game development is here to stay because it MUST be. Otherwise soon enough there won’t exist a sector of the industry willing to tell or support the stories already starting to be snuffed out.
Not great that a foreign state that regularly executes queer folks is now going to own the major AAA publisher that most consistently supported queer stories and characters.
