A lot of it is because I don't really have them anymore, like I think my last one was maybe grad school if I want to stretch, but my last definite one was probably in high school (when I used to get them a lot.) This one wasn't as severe as those, but I think it really whacked me out

I think that panic attack in September did a number on me, because I haven't stopped having this bad, back of my head shaky feeling ever since. Like yeah I've always had some level of panic, more so in high stress situations, but this is louder and more physical.
