Vegetarian options at a meat restaurant in Texas… wedge salad (hold the bacon please) and an appetizer of fried artichokes (with a jalapeño glaze). It was all so sweet. Our waitress at GRUENE RIVER GRILL was fantastic but the food was too sweet.

My nurse called and said the blood work showed my A1C was 5.4. Not shabby considering my kidneys are failing.
